Truly the worst customer support of any company. Since they have a monopoly on corporations and government purchases they do whatever they want. You can’t get a hold of them no matter how hard you try. Do NOT give them money. Do not trust this company.

EDreams is just an inaccurate and annoying website to use. To start it’s plagued by advertisements and promotions so instant site navigation is disruptive. They told me my middle name is optional then why I tried to add later they asked for $30, very scammy. Additionally my booking with them says I’ll be charged for check in luggage and it’s an absurd amount. But with the airline company it says I am not charged for a checked bag. I will not be using this site ever again because there are simply much better and more reliable options. Do not trust this site.

I canceled during the free trial 2 days before deadline and got charged $55.99 as soon as I did. Totally sketchy. I chatted with an agent and they will give me a refund though. But I wouldn’t trust the free trial

I have called them several times. You have to sit on hold for an hour every time. Customer service is good when it exists but it's the same thing every time. You get put on hold then they hand you to someone else. It shouldn't take an hour every time to answer one question.

Worked phenomenal in New Zealand, Philippines, and Thailand. And it even worked on many rather remote places in these countries. Great app and much cheaper than airport sim packages!!!

All experiences with JAL have been excellent. First class service and comfort.

Definitely the worst airline I’ve taken. As an avid flyer I knew Ryan Air was bad but never flew with them, the rumors are true. 2 damaged suitcases, melted plastic when asked to warm up our very cold meal, no seatbelt or tray table check before landing. Flight was delayed two hours. If you fly w them make sure it’s solo travel or only carry on baggage, be prepared to be late.
