Needed to source some glassware. Found on-line & placed order. Fairly user friendly website, no problems & foned just to make sure they had stock. Very courteous & friendly. Parcel was 4 days late. No update or msg explaining why or where parcel is. Delivery status poor, confusing & inaccurate. No issue with driver or his delivery. Doubt this was his fault anyway & was delivered in good shape & to an agreed safe place out of view. It wasn't a next day delivery & you had some time to complete delivery on time & yet it was still LATE. Your company is not the only one to operate to time scales, diaries & logistics. We all do & this was extremely dissapointing service.
