We arranged to send a parcel to…
We arranged to send a parcel to California with Evri. The parcel was collected, and we tried tracking it several times, with no movement shown from a local depot. Impossible to speak to a person, eventually spoke to an online unhelpful robot and a further week later the parcel turned up back to us with no explanation at all. I do not know how we get our money back as it is not possible to speak to anyone and they have not contacted us regarding this return? We will not use Evri again. Very poor.

Useless delivery drivers
Delivery drivers refused to deliver item apparently due to a 'Health and Safety issue' Delivery involved bringing down a wide path, negotiating one 6" step. They then watched while my tenant, who should have been working, brought it into the building on his own, and brought out the old one by himself. They claimed that they could not get it through a a gap in the railings despite my tenant removing the said railing. They took away the old fridge but left him with all the packaging to dispose of. This was an American style fridge which one would hope they were used to handling. The attitude of the delivery men was appalling. I paid an extra £60 for a full installation and removal service including packaging. No one has contacted me to
refund this charge. I don't know if this is an isolated incident but very poor service by belligerent operatives.

I am sorry to hear of the issues with your delivery, I can understand how disappointing this would have been for you.
Our teams assess all our deliveries to ensure that there is no risk of damage to the appliance, the property or themselves in making the delivery and sadly as the delivery was being made over a narrow, uphill bridge to a houseboat which required the appliance lifting above waist height, there were risks to all three of these which our team assessed as being dangerous.
I have refunded your unpack and connection charges as these services were not completed and your refund will show on your statement within 5 working days.
