Honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. I’ve given two stars because, despite the terrible customer service and very slow dispatch and delivery times, you do eventually receive what you ordered.

However, I should add a note of caution: it’s hard to say for certain what “Nord Chem” is actually selling. Their bottles don’t have batch numbers, product specifications, or any sign of laboratory testing to confirm they’re genuinely selling distilled water. I don’t have access to a lab or the expertise to verify this myself, but it does make me a bit uneasy.

After my recent experience with Nord Chem, where I couldn’t reach them for several weeks after placing my order, I decided to try APC Pure instead - which is slightly more expensive (for 20L with delivery I paid 25%~ more) . Their bottles include batch numbers and detailed specifications, and they just look far more professional overall.

If I was to summarise, I would say simply Andrews & Arnold, just works - no marketing buzz words, what they say, is exactly what you get.

Broadband: The broadband is second to none, when it comes consumer (or even some business packages), for context I came from Virgin Media Business package; and AA excels in every category.

On the technical side, AA obviously invests a lot into there core network, not only is latency superb, but peer-to-peer communications with third party networks has higher link capacity (for example, to my own network located within a datacenter, throughput increased by 2x) - with same underlying advertised link capacity. (and not to mention, true routed IP space, IPv6 support, SWIPing, reverse DNS, BGP peering - honestly, if you like network engineering, this is a dream!)

Customer Support: Instantly able to talk to a human, no AI, no robots, just knowledgeable humans who do not read from a script.

Further, AA go a step further, again you can see they truly care about the customer, and will do anything within there power to ensure the customer has a good experience, even as far to point out issues with the line, then ensure OpenReach fix.

In addition, if you're a technical person like myself you can instantly speak to an engineer about any complex issues, or even requirements; honestly the service here is better than some tier 1 providers I have dealt with commercially, and given the price - honestly it's amazing.

TL,DR - what are you waiting for.

They have a great selection of items, well stocked (a lot better than most), deliver promptly and furthermore there customer service is great.

All around, the one stop shop for radio equipment needs. Thank you.

The good - comfort is supreme, there is nothing else quite like Step One when it comes to comfort.

The bad - quality, at the price (£17 per pair) they don't last long, all ordered pants lasted just under a year (random holes appearing, rips), the thin material whilst comfortable is not durable.

I really hope they take this feedback on board, as I do truly love the product but longevity can certainly be improved.

I seldom leave reviews, but it would be remiss of me not recognizing the hard work the guys over at Peter Tyson put in.

The product I purchased was a speaker - true to their word, it was in impeccable condition, and exactly as described; moreover, a good few months down the line, it was still working as advertised.

The price, competitive. Unlike some others, they do not try to needlessly do over their customers, prices for everything I have seen thus far have been reasonable at or below MSRP (and in many cases cheaper than others). Further, they also offer some nice added extras, such as a complimentary extended warranty on some products, which certainly adds some peace of mind.

The support, it's customer-focused, it's quick, and efficient - all queries were answered promptly and all issues rectified without any qualms. I could not ask for more.

So with that said, thank you and I highly recommend Peter Tyson for AV needs, I certainly for one will be a customer for a long time to come.

I've been using Mous cases for the last few years (I purchased my first case, the Limitless 1.0 in 2016) and compared to both small and big brands the quality has always been vastly superior.

The case feel very premium, well constructed, and moreover protects the phone excellently - I've not broken a phone since.

To top off the great cases, customer support and the warranty is great, recently I encountered an issue with one of the cases I had purchased (a good few years old - used daily), upon getting in touch with Mous they immediately responded to arrange a replacement to be sent out at no cost.

It's a simple gesture maybe, but ultimately many companies do not honor their word or offer close to the level of service, Mous is not one of those. The staff members here are all extremely genuine and kind and go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer.

True professionals, the service provided is exceptionally fast (same day) and hassle-free, and the customer support is in a league of its own.

They are truly a credit to the brands they represent, it's given me great confidence in the products I have purchased and moreover given me cause to purchase more Vortex products.

Simply, the value and quality of the products was great however let down by slow, disorganised delivery.

Ultimately, if you don’t mind waiting it’s good, however personally I think I’ll opt for Amazon next time.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Divan Base Direct, the quality was far superior to other divan bases I have purchased in the past - in addition the customer service, delivery and customer care was excellent.

Update (07/07/23) - a few years on, the base purchased is still rock solid and surviving well, it looks like the day it was purchased.
