Dogs trust contact me swiftly after submitting an application. I expressed an interest in a particular dog in my application. They phoned me & was able to give info on her & even send me her vet check results.
Afterwards we were able to visit with in a few days .
We found the centre to be super clean. Many dogs were in foster care. The few that were in kennels had outdoor access & were clean & happy.
The staff are amazing & happy to answer any questions.
The process of adoption is so smooth . You are offered support through out the whole experience. They offer a return of a dog , even if you’ve had a dog from them for years They really have a genuine interest in the happiness , safety & well being of each dog..
Would definitely recommend Dogs trust . Our experience so far has been an absolute positive one . Can’t put down in words how super impressed we are !

I find the ten pound a year express delivery option is an absolute must - it certainly pays for itself many times over! - You have to renew after 12 months , which is good , because so many companies just debit you unless you remember to cancel!
I find all their products both genuine and unbeatable on price !
Returns & exchanges are inexpensive & hassle free !
