Property was amazing

I felt that the contact from kip after the initial booking was lacking. I had not heard of kip hideaways I was worried about the company being legitimate. After the initial payment and confirmation email, there was nothing unless I contacted the owners. The booking experience certainly made me very nervous about buyers remorse crept in.

When we arrived at the property we were blown away. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Alicia was great easy to contact if you have any questions, with prompt replies.

The property location was great with so much to see and do all within easy reach. We would definitely stay again.

2 x embrodered dog robes

The products I ordered (2xrobes) were excellent quality. I am sure our dogs will love them on holiday when they go to the beach. Only downside was the delivery. Using evri is a real issue, they take weeks to deliver or in some cases not at all. I would seriously consider using a different carrier company to ensure a 100% end to end service. In saying this ruff and tumble customer service is excellent and resolved the issue for us.

Horrendous customer service at point of delivery

When the delivery drivers arrived they were extreamly rude and very impatient when trying to access our hotel. They advised that they were running an hour behind their deliveries. They said we had to move all the cars in our car park for them to get out. Which was certainly not the case. My husband said he would help them to reverse and see them right when reversing and turning the truck around. My husband did this, they then skidded up the gravel drive which then pepperdashed the guests cars, went off up the drive throwing rubbish out of the window as they left. We have advised Out of Eden that this is not a favourable company to use as this represents them as a supplier. I would not want Furdeco to come back to our hotel to deliver any goods.

ordering was easy

ordering was easy, delivery progress was updated with progress. I was very please with the product, colours were vibrant and the product was what I expected from the advert on line. Very pleased
