i would have like to have been told earlier about my order being rejected, as they were special gifts to be given out at my daughters funeral, however they will now be late. Also, after spending just shy of a thousand pounds, free shipping would have been more than welcome

Review of Jet2holidays
I had assistant Travel with Jet2, and this went smoothly in both airports.
The Hotel was spotless, very clean, lovely staff, Mervlot the waiter was very helpful; Tuguy also helpful and attentive; Cem for entertaining us and a fantastic little cleaner, (unfortunately never got her name but we were in room 3204) Rooms were big enough for the 2 of us, very comfortable. Food was plenty and definitely something for everyone.
My only bugbear(s) was the hotel stated no electric buggies allowed, yet there were many around, which had I been aware of would have helped me massively, as there is a fair distance to walk between my room to swimming pools (for me) or snack bar, or even Volo bar/ breach. Also, it would have been very helpful to have actual steps to walk into one of the pools rather than the ladders, meaning I could not access in the pools in 31 degrees heat in the fortnight i was there.
However, cannot fault the experience.

easy to order; had a slight problem with my ordering but contacted the company and it was sorted there and then, perfect. I cannot comment on the items themselves as they are part of Christmas Presents but packaging and delivery was faultless.
