The negative-
Thou it was supposed to be next day delivery so it should of arrived on Monday and the delay was with Evril , so parcel didn't arrive until 3 days later,
Also tracking was switched off due to delays.

The positive-
At least you did tell me that it was back out for delivery.

I brought nettle balm as it's very good for inflammation. I have found it helpful when I have a trigeminal neuralgia nerve pain, that goes across my face, I just rub a small bit of balm across my sinus ,cheek bones & forehead, and it eases the inflammation away.

The gentleman who I spoke to was polite, kind, caring, patient and he explained everything to me and he also took the time to listened to my concerns and what I wanted and also the amount I could afford each month.

I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Had smart meter fitted, never wanted one because of reading all the negative reviews people were saying about them.

Great coat, keeps you dry and warm. Good value for money. Made well and you can keep the hood it the collar . Comes in many colours. Have recommend to family & friends.

Telephoned customer service as i was confused on a few questions while filling in a form. I spoke to a gentleman called John who was so polite and friendly made me feel less worried as some questions were confusing. He was very patient and explain what i had to do.
