A UPS Manager approved a £45 refund to…

A UPS Manager approved a £45 refund to me on 4 June 2026. I have chased this up all week and yesterday afternoon a Supervisor emailed me saying the reason for the delay in my refund was because it had NOT been approved by a Manager.
Utter incompetence and stupidity.
I shall escalate this to the CEO.
