Great service - and well worth the relatively small charge. After decades of not cleaning my ears out and many years of swimming in seas and rivers, my ears were so badly-blocked with wax and trapped water that I had gone deaf in both ears. The young lady had her work cut out but did a thorough job, explaining each stage, checking for other related health issues and patiently making sure all of the wax was removed, before giving me useful advice and answering questions. My hearing has fully-returned and I am very grateful. Thank you.

The telephone booking was thorough but also clear and easy to follow.

I visited Marks and Spencer's at Wetherby Service Station on June 14 just to buy some sandwiches. Being a daft, old git, I scanned the sandwiches twice. The young lady and young gentleman on duty were polite and helpful and sorted me a refund. However, it left me thinking that technology that is supposed to make our lives more efficient made it more difficult for me and the staff concerned. Apart from that moan, I'd like to say a big thanks to the staff.

Just like the birthday cards, the personalised wrapping paper is an excellent idea. So much better than buying the same old stuff from the main stores. As always, service is prompt and the prices reasonable.

TUI's grand tour of Costa Rica is not everyone's cup of tea - but we loved it. The eight-day trip is pretty full-on, with most days taken up with activities and moving between four hotels across the country. However, the activities were great - including riding rivers on rubber tubes and seeing volcanoes and jungle wildlife while walking or horse-riding. Despite being in the jungle, the hotels and the food were excellent. Finally, we must give special praise to our rep, Diana, who was brilliant. We were a group of 14 and she kept us all fully-informed and safe on what must have been a difficult trip to arrange.

I love the idea of being able to personalise birthday cards etc. I’ve used them numerous times and only ever had one problem. A card arrived that’d had been damaged. They sent another very quickly. Great company.
