We ordered with a two day flexible delivery. This is day 5 and we only got half of the order. My husband and I had to take turns to wait for the order constantly each day, 10am to 10pm, bound to our apartment, because the window of delivery is very large and they never tell you in advance when they arrive. The email about one hour ahead notification is a lie. Half of the items that did arrive were dirty. Extremely disorganised service. Drivers shift the blame onto the invisible company. Our advice - contact IKEA directly and demand home delivery. Do not use Shift!

Professionally done translation and in very reasonable times. Timeline for the work was also communicated clearly and in advance.

The Airline cancelled my flight and Opodo kindly rearranged me on to a different flight. It did take me a few calls to make this happen, but overall I am satisfied with the service.
