I would give littlebird company 10 stars if I could .I love the reporting , the advice and the clarity of which bird seed is required when in the year.

I love the seed but more importantly so do the fantastic mix of garden wild birds who thrive on it and visit my littlegarden regularly to several feeders .

Soil (compost) Packing is too loose to hold if the carrier does not take more care or it is not secured in the pots as it was all shaken off the roots of the little plants .

The plants arrived but two had been packed upside down and all four had many broken branches. I have pruned them back and they are now planted to try and gain their recovery . This is not what I expected at all!

What made the experience great was that the wrong order was sent to me and a lady on the phone was very rude leaving me feeling flat and sad when I tried to rectify the situation ! but having emailed all details of the mistake to Brookside they then replaced my plants quickly and my family were thrilled to have the unwanted order. Thank you .
