I love it. Very easy to put on. Literally wear and go. I didn’t have to cut anything and I really appreciate that. It’s really light weight. It looks really natural. Although I had to figure out how to make the wig look like my scalp by adding foundation. It helped a little bit but I guess there’s a lace tint people are using now that I don’t know about. Asides that it’s a beautiful wig, a bit thin though but it’s silky and soft.

The least the Customer Service woman would have done was tell me that I was going to be charged for returns. I placed an order and realized the size was smaller than expected. I decided to get the same thing but a different size. I was asked to place a return before I could exchange or re order not knowing I was going to be charged more than half price of my refund.
