Beyond useless
I was trying to buy a beldray air cooler that was reduced
Online was showing that Canary Wharf had a low stock
I went there 8am sharp
There was one there that was returned as faulty
Was told Chiswick had stock
Went there and they had nothing
Staff checked online and found that Richmond had stock
When called they hadn’t
This is way beyond acceptable
I live in Bermondsey and cannot work due to copd
I have now spent 3 hours in this crippling heat for nothing
Robert Dyas need to sort their system out
