Excellent service. Ordered heavy item at lunchtime, delivered by pallet the next morning. Clear and immediate communications, really helpful on the phone, good prices , free delivery ( when others quoted £79 delivery!).

Told to arrive minimum 90 minutes before departure then 50 minutes to offload at other end is far too long. Very basic facilities at Dieppe, no café. Food on board was awful; fish completely overcooked and dried out. It’s cheap, convenient for some, but overall a poor experience.

Absolutely appalling. 5 weeks, 4 visits and they've actually broken the fridge they came to repair by overloading two fans with an inappropriate test. Fridge still not working and they've just cancelled the 5th appointment. I would not touch them with a barge pole. Looks like I will have to take them to court.
