Really enjoy interacting with PfR. They take the trouble to get to know you and make sure that the surveys are always relevant to you. Never had an issue of being put forward for surveys that aren’t right for me or the client as PfR make sure I’m thoroughly appraised in advance. Never had an issue with remuneration either so thanks.

How could I rate them one star? Because I can’t rate them any lower. I fail to understand how they can be the delivery provider of choice when they seem to be consistently “losing” my deliveries. My latest experience saw my package apparently being delivered to the parcel shop but then, when I arrived, there I discovered nothing had arrived and soon after my package was shown as “delayed”. After an apparent search of the depot failed to locate the package it was reported lost and I got a refund from the suppliers. Six weeks later I got a message to say my package was back on the move again presumably have reappeared out of the black hole in the depot into whence it had previously fallen. However after three days patiently waiting was informed it was now on the way back to the supplier. “Good” I thought “At least I can get this resent to me”. No such luck as the supplier informed me that the clothes had arrived back with them in no fit condition ever to be worn again. In future if any company states that Evri is their delivery partner of choice I will cancel my order & look for an alternative supplier.

I love the idea of 2G2G, ensuring food is not allowed to go to waste. On the whole my experiences have been very good but on occasions I’ve found shops providing less food than they’ve promised (Leon & Greggs) have been poor with that as well as having disappointing interaction with the staff. Greggs again were guilty in this case with the customer assistant making me feel very uncomfortable with homophobic behaviour. Thankfully this time was wonderful, picking up from Caffè Nero and almost getting more food than I could eat. The staff were excellent too. It’s the experiences like this that make using 2G2G a pleasure to use.

Constantly finding my Marriott Rewards card suspended by the “Security Admin” team who seems to take great joy in doing this then being totally uncontactable to reactivate my card. The previous time my card was suspended I was actually using it in a Marriott hotel which left the hotel employee more embarrassed than I was. This time I tried to use it for an online payment when I got a call but there was no response when I tried to speak to the caller. Later that day I got an email from “Security Admin” but when I tried to call the number given the automated message informed me that the office closed at 5pm. I was calling at 3:45pm. It also mentioned training on May 4th & 5th. Today is May 24th!! I then tried to call the number given by the app but I’m currently stuck listening to distorted hold music that very much sums up my experience with Creation Finance. I’m not sure what has gone wrong with this operation as only a couple of years ago the Customer Experience was genuinely second to none with a personalised service that made one feel like a valued individual.

An absolute life saver. When I realised that the GIC waitlist times were pretty much a work of fiction I approached GGP. Took some time to get through the initial assessment but with hindsight that worked well as it reaffirmed the belief that I was doing the right thing. That was in 2019 and after continuing to patiently wait I’ve now been accepted on to one of the pilot schemes. I genuinely hate to think where I would be without GGP. What I do know is that I’m so much closer to my own personal goals thanks to them.

You really feel this is more than just a cosmetic service with the staff treating you like the person you are not the one the world wants to see! Sympathy and understanding are at the forefront of the initial consultation & the treatment itself carried out in a professional manner. Prices are excellent too...
