Never had a problem with this company. Prompt delivery, good stock levels generally.

As with most of the complaints here it is about expectations of delivery. Maybe we have been spoilt by Amazon efficiency but ordered shoes Monday for Thursday delivery. Website ways they were dispatched Thursday but still no sign or notification.
Managed to find the tracking number belongs to DPD, it was at 't' hub' yesterday morning so maybe arrive today.
Don't use if time is of the essence

They were supposed to pick up a parcel in a designated time frame. I sat for the entire time with the front door open in an adjoining room but no-one came. Their notifcation message suddenly turned to, 'Parcel not ready for Pick-up' and that was it. Seems they couldn't find the house - but no-one to complain to, no way of contacting anyone, they are totally devoid of customer service. But still charged !!
Avoid these charlatans

I was nervous that this was a scam but it's not - parking was convenient at reasonably priced.
Only drawback was the Richard-head who parked earleir nearly in the middle of a double drive leaving us not a lot of room. What a plonker.
Can't fault the property owner though -unless it was his/her/their car.

Lubricants are generally good but how can they charge £8.99 for a plastic squeezy bottle applicator? That thing can't cost more than 20p to produce -should be a free giveaway.

The vacuum pumps are very flimsy and need replacing regularly. Now although not that expensive, $9 , they want $240 to ship it to China, whereas a courier is quoting $18. How do they justify those sort of prices?
So basically a very expensive bit of kit is rendered useless by their shipping costs.
But they did reply to my email.

Prompt service and answers to follow up emails. Good prices - I will use them again and recommend this company.

I have ordered stuff online a few times for UK delivery and it has always been delivered in a timely fashion with no problems. I have never had to return anything though.
Not happy with their website though.While trying to contact them online I can never get past their Captcha thing - just fails every time, which is a good way of never getting any complaints I suppose.

I have made a negative report elsewhere about their website not deducting VAT for shipments abroad, and the B.S. answer I had about it.

I asked why their website didn't deduct VAT for shipping kit abroad and was spun some bullsht about the Wuhan Flu, and not being able to ship bikes abroad. I see no connection.
I assume they are just maximising profits by pocketing the extra 2O%.
At least I had a response I suppose, even if it was ridiculous flannel.

I would recommend this company to anyone.
