We've recently introduced Dynamic, Occupancy-based pricing to fill gaps based on room volume. Our software cleverly detects slower periods, drops the rates (based on your chosen parameters) and increases the rates when room volume is high! We'll send you some more information about it. It's super easy to use, highly lucrative and the best part - free of charge to use! Expect some more information shortly. If you need a hand with anything, you know where to find us. While we have you, we'd like to congratulate you on your increasing direct bookings, year on year. Well done! Each year, you are becoming less dependent on OTA's and generating more revenue.
