I've been a repeat customer for many years and recommend them.

I like the classic inhealer but the company do not answer email enquiries.
When i enquired about the date they may have some new stock I was told earlier this year in February that they were relaunching in May.
I have sent 4 enquiries since then and have had zero responses so far.

Love the serum. The loyalty scheme and the samples are generous too.

My cats love the dried food by Untamed. It's the best ingredients list that I've seen on dry cat food so that gets 2 thumbs up from me, plus it's in small, round pieces which is more mouth-friendly for older cats than the odd-shaped biscuits that other cat food manufacturers sometimes use. The customer service is excellent too. Thank you team Untamed.

I had an admin issue with one of my cats' microchip certificate. I emailed Identibase and Wendy Nurse,
Pet Protect Expert, got back to me so quickly and had resolved the issue without any further need to explain or correspond. Now that is efficient!

I used We Buy Books as I was having a clear out and found that my usual charities no longer accepted book donations.
The price was fair when balanced against waiting for sales on eBay and payment came with no issue.

Zero stars. Total scammers. Paid 50p for an image which turned out to be very poor quality and unusable. Was charged twice for that then a few days later they took £29.40 from my account without my consent. I'm chasing a refund.

I emailed this company on 1st August 2022 regarding my elderly mother's account
I got an automated response telling me that they would respond to my query as soon as possible.
I sent several reminders since then yet have received no response from Dial123 and it is now 4th September 2022.
The "help desk" is not helpful at all. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I do not recommend this company based on my experience.

Excellent quality oils and excellent service. I've been their customer for years and have recommended them highly to family, friends and acquaintances whenever the subject of essential oils, well-being or skin care arose. That should speak volumes in itself.
I haven't found any essential oils that surpass Quinessence oils in quality. They really are the best.
