Got upgraded to a family room near the beach which was great, although the stopover on our way to Dalaman at Cologne due to drunken muppets fighting (women from Dundee) did put a bit of a spoiler on the holiday. Flight staff were tremendous though and deserve a bonus for keeping us informed and supported

Lovely shoes, wrong colour, very much lighter than those pictured on the website. Contacted customer services who advised this can happen as their hand painted, but not to that degree. Not really helpful, and was advised if not happy to send them back for refund. I’ve purchased around 15 pair of boots/ shoes in the past and have only had an issue with one previous pair of boots and the repairs team were really helpful and accommodating. In this case though it as if it’s ‘ah well, tough luck send them back’ attitude. Gave it 2 stars as they are bfutifully prepared shoes, although wrong colour in this case

Had some braw clothes from here and reasonably priced as well. Very helpful staff in the shops as well
