Complete waste of time.
Ordered Friday afternoon 12th December 2025, 6 days later items still have not been dispatched (Thur 18th Dec).
No response from the websites contact form.
When I emailed them direct the email was bounced back as the address does not exist.
Could not contact them via PayPal as they havent completed that either.
No phone number.
I'm just glad I wasnt waiting for RAM from them!

Use somebody else.

Bought a gas cooker. Rubber seal on oven has started to fall off. Tried to use the website only to find I'm completely blocked. Cleared cookies history cache etc, still blocked. Cant even look up a phone number. Now I'm expected to jump through hoops to get access. I'll have to do a chargeback instead. Very cynical move on their part.

Liars. Guaranteed next day delivery

Lies I was in & waiting by the gate, plus there are staff on site, they didnt come here.

Them - Oh we'll try again tomorrow (Friday)
Lies Friday they didnt even bother putting it on the van.
Saturday & Sunday noithing because next day doesnt include weekends.

Lies, I was waiting by the gate watching the tracking getting closer which then headed off elsewhere. They didnt even drive down this road.

Edit. Tuesday they havent put it on the van again, apparently I'll have to wait until Wednesday now. I wonder what their excuse will be tomorrow.

Last parcel from them the same thing happened until it went missing in their depot. It took me months to get my money back the sender wouldnt refund until they had the parcel back in their possesion which never happened.

Useless. The last 5 packages from 5 different sellers only made it as far as "in transit". From now on I will check, & if a seller uses Evri then I'll order from someone else.

Edit July 2023. Another package made it from China to my local depot. Then it just sat in the local depot for 1 month, then it disappeared. No attempt to deliver.

Perfect. Cheapest price I found, delivered next day.

I was dubious about Tyson Ships Riggers because I couldn't find any reviews anywhere, nothing good & nothing bad, & they don't use PayPal.

My previous go to rope supplier (very well known company cheapest I've found until now, with others charging at least £15 more) charges £52 inc delivery, these guys wanted £39 inc delivery for the same thing (too good to be true?).

Anyway my previous supplier has had no stock for ages & I needed rope, all other suppliers I've found to date their prices make what I do unviable.

The only thing I had to go on was looking at Companies House, Tyson have been around since 1982, & there didn't seem anything untoward there, so I decided to take a chance.

I'm pleased that I did, these people are now my new go to supplier.

I wasn't overly convinced by this companies website plus I couldn't find any reviews for them at the time. However they do paypal so I figured I'd risk it.
Quite frankly their spiel only looked like salesman pitch to me.
But they claimed to have the quietest earplugs around to combat the other halfs snoring. Well I wasn't disappointed, I now cant hear her snoring. It turns out they are totally legit. Will use again.

Spare Thetford cassette £80, £13 cheaper than the next nearest company (which in its turn was £30 cheaper than the common price).
Ordered 9am, chose cheapest delivery option. Despatched 12.10pm.
Received the next day.
I will definitely use these again.

Item not received after more than 3 weeks. No response from seller via email or phone. Escalated on Paypal to get refund.

Sadly I did check here & it showed 8.6 out of 10... but I didnt read any reviews, all the latest reviews show this company is just taking the money.

Note to oneself, read the damn reviews, dont just look at the star rating.
