Same here, ordered Ipad Air on 16 April, just a confirmation email, nothing else. 3 emails to them via their link, nothing. Contact them through PayPal, nothing. I've just escalated it through PayPal to get my money back. I would never have ordered if I knew it was Hong Kong, I know if you scan their page it does say but it still pretends to be UK based. It's the lack of communication that really makes me angry ! I think some electronics they may have, judging by some reviews but not the high end stuff most people are after.
Will wait and see how long before PayPal refund me !

The salesman was very helpful, without being pushy. He had a good knowledge of the items we were interested in and was able to answer all the questions we fired at him. He also showed a genuine interest in us and was happy to have a conversation that was not entirely related to sofas.
Would happily recommend them to others.

I haven't had to chance to really try them out yet because of this lovely weather. They feel really comfy and soft. I'm hoping that they are going to help my cold fingers come the winter, especially as I work out doors in all weathers. Great service and my lucky dip was black, perfect !
