A Grammy...

My order came earlier than expected. The eye illuminating cream works well with my skin. Love it!!!

I was out of town and had to change the delivery date to ensure I would be around to get my order. I reached out to Customer Service and could not believe how accommodating and helpful they were!! Anisa Fitrianingsih went above and beyond what I expected. I could not have been more pleased!! I love the fit of the clothes. They actually have petite sizes!! I love the softness of the material used. Worth every penny!! I love Halara!!!

I bought 2 Snails. They didn't work properly so I emailed Lookah. CUSTOMER SERVICE was prompt to respond. They made getting replacements easy and fast. I expected that I would have to mail the old Snails back. I just video taped what the problem was and I got an email this morning that my replacement Snails are on their way! Makes me love my Snails and Lookah even more!!

I love everything I have ordered so far. The fit is excellent. That is important for full figured petite women like me. I absolutely love the wide range of colors and styles that you offer and the quality of material is excellent. I have sensory issues and find that I can wear your soft materials against my skin all day without discomfort. Thank YOU Halara!!!!

Hard to find petite pants so I was thrilled to find that you offer petite sizes. I love the variety of colors, the soft materials, the styles and the fit. Your clothes are funky, stylish and functional. Delivery was prompt. Came sooner than expected..... which is great! Will be ordering more....
