Evgeny our tasker was punctual, professional, and performed his job tasks with detailed attention. When he completed the job, everthing was clean and orderly. Great work ethic. We'll hire him again.

I reached out to two people and there is no confirmation of work yet. I canceled one and got penalized by 1 hour rate (close to $50). It is crazy.

I did not know that an additional $20 per hour was going to be charged. The reviews on the site for our tech was deceiving. I saw all 5.0 when his services were more like a 2.0 rating. He took way too long to change out 3 light switches. I don't think I would use task rabbit again.

The contractor was unbelievably professional and thoughtful. He had a really difficult time based on the type of door I have. But he was able to make it work and did everything with perfection!

Extremely disappointing customer service. I was charged cancellation fees even though I did not cancel the tasks, the Taskers canceled on me. I explained this multiple times, but Connor on support kept citing the 24-hour cancellation policy as if I had initiated the cancellations.
Because the Taskers canceled, I had no choice but to book new Taskers to complete the work. Instead of reviewing the facts or their own cancellation records, support repeatedly sent generic policy responses and refused to address the actual issue.

I have requested that this be escalated to a supervisor then connor ended the session. I believe the policy has been misapplied. Customers shouldn't be penalized when the service providers are the ones who cancel. I expected much better from Taskrabbit.

I've used Taskrabbit 2-3 years - beware if you cancel your task, you get charged a hefty fee, but Taskers cancel your booking for free while the schedule for your task slips away. Rebooking is frequent and terrible user experience - the criteria you use to select your original task is totally lost. I was charged double (2x) for my task to be completed 2 days late. Coupons are sent but lost and not applied like in Uber. App looks like uber but does not perform.
