Wonderful team to deal with because I had to cancel my delivery date due to me been away and was re booked for me when I came back,
On the day i received my plants I was so happy to see the amazing packaging and so fresh and alive plants .
I had to cancel my delivery date due to being away and they re-booked it for me when I returned. I was so happy to receive my plants on the day. The amazing packaging and the fresh, lively plants were a huge surprise.

I’m extremely disappointed with LeShuttle’s customer service. I booked two tickets by mistake and contacted them immediately, hoping for some understanding or flexibility. Instead, I received a copy-and-paste response repeating the terms and conditions and telling me the bookings were “non-refundable,” even though the tickets were unused and the error was reported right away.

The reply felt cold and robotic, with zero effort to help or even consider a goodwill gesture. A company of LeShuttle’s size should be able to support customers in genuine situations like this, but they chose to hide behind policy instead of offering any practical solution.

This experience has put me off completely. If you make even a small mistake, don’t expect empathy or assistance — you’ll simply be told “no refund” and left to deal with it yourself.

I have rejoined TrustATrader after 1 full year total rubbish ,with only 1 project what was agreed and done even this was out of my area !
This year again i thought I try again called and the Team is doing they job ofcors but same words every time no one cares that you don’t get any job and you are stuck paying all year you can’t cancel as you have to pay anyway the full year !
I wish I had not rejoined!

You get all the scam calls and businesses calling offering they services looking for business themselves.

I would not recommend it to any builder it’s waste of your money.

Not happy with they deliveries
I ordered an Air con unit almost a week before the delivery date was due and then last moment when I was waiting at home for the delivery all day they just changed the date from 11th to 27th this is really unprofessional behaviour and waste of time as I had to be home for the delivery !!!!
Don’t expect delivery on time !!!

The quality is the best you can find and they prices are good for wha you get .
I use them for my business and I’m happy with fast delivery and on time .

I did order one watch online but the delivery system they use is rubbish
Im disappointed because I needed the watch for my brother’s birthday and it never got delivered still waiting !!!

If you order from them allow maybe 1 week extra or more .

I bought flowers for my wife’s birthday and when I looked on the website they looked really good so I thought perfect,also a card
I received different flowers and the card written by hand :( I contacted them and they said it’s the seasonal flowers they replaced them instead .

So you don’t get what you buy 50£ you get better flowers in the local shops and cheaper .
