Next month next block

Another month another block of account when money enters. I was hoping to end it over time, but they seem just to be too mental to figure out that money comes in for a reason that is just normal work and getting paid for it. Then the stupid message to use the customer number which you can find on the app. which of course has been blocked as well just like the website. They don't protect me as a customer, they protect themselves I am pretty sure.

Obviously salary came in

Obviously salary came in, account blocked. Pretty much the biggest garbage ever as happening every month for the last 5(?) month'.
If in trouble please go our mibile app and...
NO THE APP is blocked just like the website😡.

Update 2 (?)

Update 2 (?): So they lied to me that they couldn't refund a voucher in the first place and I have it black on white. They had refunded the voucher on the contrary what they had said before. And it's not a French, but a UK one, even though the name let it assume differently. Should have know would have never bought anything from them, because of the obvious.
The date of happening is only approx. as with the many emails back and forth.

Pretty annoyed

Pretty annoyed, I must say. Had bought a voucher had asked if they could return the money, no not possible, then found a pair, they debited but no order was placed. Should have been refunded after some days, which still hasn't happened. To pay like more than 400£ for boots and then this is quite annoying.

Biggest garage ever, a one star is 5 too many

Complete garbage bank as far as I see it. I wanted to have a look for the biometric for international payment, without the usual warning anywhere else it accepted and now when i want an international payment I can only unfreeze when giving them biometric details, which I don't want. It's none of their business. Customer service didn't even react. The can play their agenda with someone else.
Then when starting an international payment online one can't even paste the IBAN if it with space in between, because some sellers have service to make it more easy to read, as it cuts off the last four digits of the IBAN number, but then when entered they it themselves with spaces in between ever four digits. That's ridiculous, a more than greedy bank, saving a penny in programming, just a joke. Was there like 20 years but this is ..... Oh Card reader not working even though had changed the battery not long ago, can't even count what else.
That I can't pay within UK with an IBAN number, next ridiculous thing. Greedy and then telling oh the customer service is sooo great. No it's not. Blocking payments all the time was also an issue. The stupid messages when sending money abroad...

Least service you can get. If you are too stupid to think for yourself and want to be patronised you can take that bank otherwise leave it. Ridiculous blocking international payments to protect me from scam, hahaha, The only scam is that bank. Wanting my voice to record, fingerprints to control the people... Experience today and don't ask me how often...

Forgot the log out after 2 mins another ridiculous thing....
You can't see recipient detail on your bank account, actually everything is a joke in that bank....

Then felt like 500 times to confirm this and that those that you are of paying money. Well I am that's I why I am doing.... Kindergarten bank and treatment of the customers. Usually they just Amazon or whatever till figuring out that payments are not going....

Well maybe they should also mention that they write my name in all capital meaning no rights over the MONEY
The receipt when wiring as you can't see anything on the bank statement except for amount no bank details, there is not even a printing button, just a joke.

One star is 5 too many still. Cancelling my account because I can't log in to pay the bill. Tried like ten times. Complaints no one came back, with feedback except for they are coming back, Ha, what a joke. Saying they can't access my call data because of the contract being terminated, but can show the data usage from last year. That is all a joke.

Ich habe gegen Ende '22 eine Bestellung…

Ich habe gegen Ende '22 eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Ich meine es war gegen Anfang '23 als sich nichts tat, habe ich eine e-Mail geschickt und ja es wird rausgeschickt. Heute ist es quasi zwei Jahre spaeter und die Bestellung ist noch immer nicht da, nicht mal abgeschickt und verloren oder aehnliches, sondern einfach Vogel Strauss Taktik, Kopf in den Sand. Hatte spaeter nochmal angefragt und wieder passierte nichts. Geld gab's selbstverstaendlich auch nicht erstattet.
Hatte eigentlich schon vorher oefter bestellt und immer war alles i.O., keine Ahnung wieso das ploetzlich nicht mehr geht.

As someone mentioned further down the…

As someone mentioned further down the line useless, but I'd go further, they give a ... on their residents. The slogan Hillingdon putting their residents first is a lip service. Installing LED Street lanterns which are so disturbing with that artificial light, that I can't sleep properly. That goes on for a long time now. Blinds installed are not really of any help. Asked them to put some amber film over it to filter blue light, no the 'bulbs' shall be warm white, so no issue. Mentioned that I have glasses with blue light filter, and it makes a huge difference but not to wear the 500+ glasses at night destroying them, they don't care. Did even send them some research links when they had changed it and now again, no that's not true. I think the last one was from a very well-known research facility in the UK and even the NHS had information on their website which they have removed.
The lamp is right in front of the house and the neighbor is also bothered, but they don't care. So, their slogan is the biggest joke ever, only if it suits them.

The question is who the residents are they put first?

Money first then residents should be the slogan for Hillingdon Council. Waste, dumbed, took them easily 8 weeks to be removed plus several reports and for each and every bit it's to open a new complaint instead of the people coming through to pick up rubbish to just clean it up.
For dog fouling they can add stickers to lanterns threatening people with fines, but for fly tipping they don't care, just if they would want everything to be full of rubbish one could think. Same with health.
After the third complaint, I received a response to contact someone who should install a rear shield, what I did, again nothing. Not even a response to say hey it might take a while to do or so, nothing. What a farce.

That was the last time that I ever…

That was the last time that I ever booked anything on that website. Tried the whole day to reach Lufthansa instead of their stupid website telling me oh it was an agent so go back to them, instead they accepted the details. When finding out, trying to call Expedia. First in Germany because in earlier years and as far as I remember I could call and get help. then calling UK and having someone on the line right before the departure. He said that he would reschedule for the following week and then disappeared in Nirwana till the line was cut. When calling again someone called Win took the call and told me I should call Lufthansa to reschedule as it would be with them already. When saying that bloke messed it up she was helpful to escalate to the next level. I shall have received a call back an hour level which would have been around 11pm. An hour later still nothing had happened, no one called back. Called again, again on the phone first nice blabla and trying to help, but then call was gone again. That was definitely the last time, that I used Expedia. The website where I can't even find the itinerary, but need to open the email is the first ridiculous thing and the rest tops it.

Medivet Watford

Bringing in a hedgehog I found sitting on the road being told I could pick her up after treatment, when calling this morning they said oh they brought her to tiggywinkles for reassessment and that would their policy. Even though I offered to treat her at home with support of a rescue center what I told them as well. Obviously not wanting to spend more money as necessary to get rid of it asap, that's how it looks to me. Thought I shouldn't trust them, but a rescue center recommended me to go there.

Update: As tiggy winkles told me to contact them as they her over they are telling me I should talk to tiggy winkles to release and was just hang up. That was definitely the last time to go to any of these Medivets as it's a joke. Not with the dog no nothing. Obviously they have enough customers. Would decrease to even zero stars now, unfortunately not possible.

That seems to be like a soul asylum trying to try and drive people nuts. Definitely the last also to rescue anything here in this country.

Minus 1 stars. Responding to the review to send them an email and when done fours days ago no one responds. Just thought that we try to show to the public that they care, obviously not.
