And another one

And another one. Because they couldn't fix the data since April, I thought to order a replacement sim. The sim arrived quickly, but without telling me they must have switched off the old one. I only recognized when trying to send a text. Even though they said the data would have been fixed and it had dropped still it might have been my phone or whatever. No, Vodafone sim no problem, EE and even another number from O2 work fine just the sim with the ported number. After swapping in the replacement, I immediately received a message that they tried to reach me. Well yes if you disable the old one without telling😡🤦

Hi Matthias,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We're sorry to hear that you've continued to experience issues after first reporting problems with your data service several months ago. We understand how frustrating it must be to try different troubleshooting steps, order a replacement SIM, and still feel no closer to a resolution.

We're also disappointed to hear that you were unaware the original SIM would become inactive, resulting in missed communications and further inconvenience. We appreciate how frustrating it can be when you're already dealing with an ongoing service issue and then encounter additional complications during the replacement process.

If you're experiencing network or SIM-related issues, we'd like the opportunity to review your concerns further. Please get in touch using one of the methods below:

Found an item for the desktop today

Found an item for the desktop today, thought ah it’s ebay, was announced as 16gb and then an email came with 4. Went into archive and the website was not in with a note that there is no access. so ebay protects scammer instead of honest buyers.
Good that I found out how those scammers can operate.

So they think they can trick people…

So they think they can trick people into contracts, calling it agreements, when they ask for a commitment and what they expect. They wouldn't have to expect anything if they would act under common - and not under commercial law. The same they have done over the centuries with all kinds of countries they do with their own people as far as I see it. No surprise. Don't except sick notes from the GP, which is odd, but all the same with the chosen people on that island.

Update20/7/26: Still ongoing literally lying me into my face. Here is excerpt from Law dict.:
CONTRACT (Lat. contractus, from con, with, and traho, to draw. Contractus ultro utroque obligatio est quam Graeci .... vocant. Fr. contrat).
An agreement between two or more parties to do or not to do a particular thing. Taney, C. J., 11 Pet. 420, 572. An agreement in which a party untakes to do or not to do a particualar thing. Marshall, C. J., 4 Wheat. 197. An agreement between two or more parties for the doing or not doing of some specified thing. 1. Pars. Com. 5.
If this would part of a sovereign government why do they need a contract and who knows what else they are doing in the background.
For me it's more blackmailing what they are doing now, as they are using the need for help in people to blackmail them to do things that they wouldn't do normally:
"Rents reserved, payable in work, grain, and the like.
Such rents were called black mail (reditus nigri) in distinction from white rents (blanche firmes), which were rents paid in silver.
A yearly payment made for security and protection to those bands of marauders
who infested the borders of England and Scotland about the middle of the sixteenth
century and laid the inhabitants under contribution. Hume, Hist. Eng. Vol. i. 473; vol. ii. App. No. 8; Cowel.
In common parlance, the term is equivalent to, and synonymous with, extortion -
the exaction of money, either for the performance of a duty, the prevention of an injury, or the exercise of an influence. It
supposes the service to be unlawful, and the payment in voluntary. Not unfrequently
it is extorted by threats, or by operating upon fears or the credulity, or by promises to conceal, or offers to expose the weaknesses, the follies, or the crimes of the victim. 17 Abb. Pr. 226.
Threats by defendant to accuse another of a crime; with intent, himself, to commit the crime of extortion, accompanied by success
in obtaining money from that other."

Another ridiculous one

Another ridiculous one. Not only don't they get my data working on payg for 4 month' now, no they can't send the right text messages. First: Top-up loaded, thanks for topping up, No actually two, ok could happen. Then one you have your big bundle, then one sorry, we've been unable to renew your ... So what is it? Then stupid excuses instead of fixing their system, but not the data issue that goes on for more than four month.

PS After response, what for nothing changes still waiting.

That is most ridiculous thing ever

That is most ridiculous thing ever. First getting to that Pembroke Centre where that woman was obviously unable to be precise enough to say stool test but a toilet test. Well which one urine or stool? Then the instruction the most idiot thing I've ever seen. Putting cling film over a toilet seat or using a card board with toilet paper on it🤣🤦🏼‍♂️. Well actually it's not laughing it should be crying because of the stupidity. Then this piece for the sample itself contains some liquid spilling out. Could be just water but I guess is some toxic substance. Instead of having just a little spoon like it used to be. Then those holy chosen ones are laughing about German toilets in the old style. At least they were practical if one thinks about how elderly should do it. Btw. there are obviously no native English people anymore working for the NHS, or?

Went on their website to find a part

Went on their website to find a part, entered the reg. and ordered. First thing next at 10, getting there no part. Excuse excuse, picked it up then garage came back it's not fitting. So why do they offer it for the car?
Went to ZF website and there its also not listed for the car. In their system at the counter was told it's not listed either, ridiculous.
First was told they would take it back then second time they wouldn't if not in original condition. They did eventually but first and last tlme that I bought there.

There shall be a promotion that when registering and betting for 10GBP they would add 50GBP for betting. Done it, paid 35GBP in, bet 10 on WC and nothing happened. Have sent them a message to ask if it would only work on other betting, no answer. Wanted to use it before another England game but obviously will miss it.
Just another garbage website. Will withdraw the rest and delete the account.

Liar, Liar, Liar as it's called no?!...

Liar, Liar, liar, just another one. Liar, Liar, liar, can't say anything else. After the last review last week received a response to call them. Called them last week Wednesday. Was told I would get a call back Wednesday or latest Thursday, but nothing. Instead they called on Sunday morning at 10:21. Called today 22/6/26 and was told the data would be back, swapping the card and of course nothing.
Then they confirmed it by giving me a call to fix data;) today. After the call I receieved a text saying "thank you for contacting us". Well, I haven't you contacted me.
Another sim they have deactivated because it wouldn't have been used for 90 days and would need recharge. Well actually their t&c's state in 180 days a chargeable activity under o2 co uk/termsandconditions/mobile/pay-and-go-our-service-terms#our-rights-to-bar-or-disconnect-your-mobile-phone 7.1. So you have to recharge every 90 days on payg but you have 180 days to have a chargeable activity? Another joke or maybe a lie?

Sorry to read about everything you’ve been dealing with — the missed call backs, the ongoing data issue and the confusion around your Pay As You Go SIM must be incredibly frustrating. It’s not the experience we want for anyone.

So we can check what’s happened and get this properly reviewed, please send us a DM on Instagram or X with your full name, postcode and the number affected. We’ll look into the call history, the SIM status and the data fault so we can get this resolved for you.

What a pity that I can't give negative…

What a pity that I can't give negative stars but I am sure they know why. Even so they phrase it as negative because it is one star it will show up as positive therefore not negative for me. Another ticket another two weeks with no response to get my data for use in the third month now I'd say. Instead they are so interested that one confirms three times to log in the online account. That's all a put-up game to make people comply why the government 's digital ID as far as I see it.
Instead of doing that and helping the government to serve their deep state, that hasn't been elected but rules over them, they should get their network working properly.
Instead they offered to send a new sim card. How stupid that is because the number would need porting again and would maybe start all over again.

PS Sending me a text that the ticket was closed because the couldn't reach me. Well if they didn't try to reach me for sure, not via phone nor registered email.

420£ just not worth it for some leather lined boots. Maybe the biggest part goes to the CEO for nothing. Likely overpaid anyway. First time in the lake wet socks, Then it disappeared again very odd, but yes definitely overrated especially in relation to poor service.

And another one to add to the ones…

And another one to add to the ones before. Still no data after porting a number. Ticket opened got a call, first useless, as if they wouldn't be able to know if payg or contract sim, second eventually someone who moved something, that I could use the online account, handed it over to back office for setting up account again and then NOTHING. Was told usually it's done in a day, but was also told 2-5 days, but nothing. Don't know how may weeks now no data. And what was the b..s once, we see our customers as family or what rang in my ears? Anyways...

Honestly adding on previous reviews, rubbish. When wiring money abroad you can't see nowhere the original foreign amount, but hey still bothering and harassing me every time about biometric for "my" security. No for the governments digital ID and total control. What do I know which contracts they have kn the background.

Honestly even one star is five too many…

Honestly even one star is five too many on them. Had it on another review started, ported a number then no data anymore and sometimes not even texts work anymore. Had opened a ticket got a call on Sunday from someone on 2nd leve l support just for telling me she couldn't help me because it would payg, so fowarded it to another team. As if they wouldn't know that before.

Someone else who opened the ticket told me he would have reset the email as it didn't let me connect to the phone number, complete bs again. Tried it now and still not working. Trying to connect it shows the old, original number of the sim, and the new ported one. Chosing the new one it sends the text to the old one again. How ridiculously retarded is that? Those people are so incompetent that I could cry. I told them that it's not my phone settings but their garbage system. Not that they would care. Such a company should be or should shut down.

Ridiculous what is going on

Ridiculous what is going on. Got a number ported and since then no data. Ticket opened, was told to do this and that and that, nothing works no one calls back. To reset network settings of course it didn't work. When swapping the card to another, older, phone like any o2 sim it's no net message. EE with data, Vodafone no issues. Sometimes it didn't work to send texts either. The newer phone shouldn't be an issue.

Garbage in garbage out

Garbage in garbage out. Recently the debited money but it didn't reach my account so opened a case and got a link where I should be able to find the pins. Well yeah but of no use because one can only see the last four digits so even if something went wrong the money is lost. Nice business case to cash in extra money. To go from a shop that doesn't work at all because it gets stuck all the time.
