I couldn't find the item I needed......

I couldn't find the item I needed on the spares shop so emailed them. They replied to me at their earliest opportunity and gave me the part number and description I needed, along witht he link to the correct part. Arrived within 3 days. Very happy customer

Car wouldn't start

The operator was so helpful and took me through what was claimable. The engineer turned up on time and was so helpful. Tried a few 'tricks' to get 'her' going but didn't quibble when he had to take her to a garage. Great service

A great experience

I came across iHeat from Google search. With good reviews, I made the enquiry based on the information of the different boilers and options for ancillaries. The prices weren't the cheapest available but, the promise of a quick turnaround, ease of booking, and the hassle free experience of removing the old bolier were the deciding factors. Booking was a doddle and, I really liked the use of the QR code so, I didn't even have to upload my photos to a computer before submitting them. Communications were great and I was kept informed of progress.

The engineer and his assistant ran late due to problems on a previous fit. However, he kept me up to date with his progress and promised to be there later that afternoon. They arrived and cracked on with the job, working around any issues they came across without any 'head shaking' or 'tut tutting'. The quality of the work was excellent demonstrated by the very neat copper pipe soldering and clean, tidy lines of the pipes. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the system to us.

I can thoroughly recommend iHeat and the service they provided. No fuss, the price was what they said, efficient. Thank you

Very good service and knowledgeable mechanic

Excellent service and a very pleasant guy. Not often do I answer the door to a smile. Mick asked about the history of the fault. I left him with it explaining that a local garage had replaced the EGR Valve and hoses. This had solved the problem for a time but the engine light had comeback on not long after. The car had been back to the garage who had been unable to source the problem. Mick went out and found the problem and solved it in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the fault as the EGR vacuum hose not being properly connected. So far so good and the engine management light is still out. Thank you

Overall very happy

Great communications, arrived in the time slot allocated. Happy with the chair. The two guys who delivered, the older fellow was fine but the younger lad was a bit surly. Fortunately, the older guy made up for it. Why can't people just enjoy the work they do and be courteous to customers?

Top class Mechanic

What an easy process this was. The mechanic contacted me almost immediately, fitted me in very quickly, offered the solution and gave me the options, fitted the part without delay once it arrived. 'Who Can Fix My Car' engaged a very competent mechanic to look after me.

Bathroom Suite

What an excellent service I received. The original order arrived on time, the ordering online was a piece of cake and the delivery guys were polite and so helpful. On coming to fit the bathroom, I found we we short of the shower screen. I used the online chat and the girl was very helpful in finding out I had neglected to order a shower screen. Through to sales and they sorted my problem quickly and efficiently including arranging next day delivery. Excellent service.
