Deliveries are timely and even better now that they ring the door bell. The drivers still leave the parcel and walk away but I understand that they have got much to do and it's part of the low fee.
Almost every delivery I've had for the last few months has been on time.
The app gives helpful tracking info and it is easy to use.


The one other bit of feedback I would like to give the company is it would be great if there was some way of knowing when the pickups are scheduled at the various local drop off points.
