My order was delivered fast around 7 days, didn’t receive an order confirmation but did read that others hadn’t but still received their order so I didn’t worry. I did email customer services to check order had been sent and they replied within 24hrs with tracking and my order was delivered that day, great service will use again

I Had my boiler fitted yesterday 18/3/20 by Lee Norris he arrived on time and the service was excellent, he was very kind and professional, he explained everything to me in detail and with care to make sure I understood what he was doing and how to use my new boiler.
Lee went above and beyond for me whilst installing my boiler he cleaned up after himself and even cleaned a pile of bricks, washed my floor and the windows so it was cleaner than when he startled! He’s a very clean and tidy worker.
