Easy to use website with great product options. Having just spent £2.5k was disappointed in having to pay a delivery charge. Negative !!

JL's delivery agents are abysmal
JL's delivery agents are abysmal. For the second time involving different products they have cancelled a delivery at the last minute despite arranging a date and time. They said they ran out of time? JL is supposedly a quality brand, unfortunately they are 5th rate when it comes to delivery. I will not be buying from them again.

Like you guys who have already posted I am convinced I will not see any of my investment returned. What recourse do we have as a group to fight for even a percentage of our funds? As this was an un-regulated financial product where can we complain to?

Good product, horrendous delivery
Sadly the whole PDC purchasing experience was destroyed by inept, deceitful and poor customer service skills shown by the carrier Interlink. They missed their agreed delivery time, lost the parcel and then tried to blame me the end customer by first saying they couldn't locate the address then said I rescheduled the appointment for two days later. Beware Interlink!!!
On a really positive note PDC did offer me a goodwill payment which I declined as it wasn't their fault.
