Having placed and paid for an order I was told it was cancelled because they didn't have the item.
Buying a laptop/tablet/phone etc takes a lot of consideration, time and searching to work out what suits your requirements and then to find it available online. It is now back to the drawing board to find what I need elsewhere, with the right spec. Now I know that PC Direct's website doesn't have items they actually have available I won't bother using their website again as I don't want to be misled or have my time wasted.
The only reason I have not given a lower star rating is because in their favour they have a telephone number and its easy to speak to someone directly, which is really valuable.

I phoned the company direct and the person I spoke to was very helpful with how to order the product and arrange delivery at a special price.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Fold 8 Ultra for my brothers birthday. The price was extremely competitive. I phoned PRC Direct, and the staff were very helpful processing the order and get phone. They called me back to tell me it is ready for collection. I recommend using them.

I ordered a Hisense washing machine through PRC. I paid extra for delivery and installation because I live on the third floor. The operators left without installing the machine and then did not answer the phone for the rest of the day. The machine broke within 6 months. I was promised a refund within ten working days of the machine being returned. They did not pay my refund within this period. I was subject throughout to lengthy waits getting a repairman out to the machine, then ordering a spare part, then being told they didn't have one, then getting the machine collected and then getting the refund. My bank confirmed it has not, and nearly four weeks later I have still not received my refund. This all involved chasing customer services repeatedly and often having messages left unanswered.

The PRC website was very easy to navigate and it wasworth creating an account. The coffee machine was sold at a great price. It arrived before the projected date. Delivered safe and sound by DPD.
The machine is very good and I have registered its warranty with Nespresso.
My overall experience with PRC has been excellent.

Easy to use website with great product options. Having just spent £2.5k was disappointed in having to pay a delivery charge. Negative !!

Faulty Tv after two months . Will not refund . Terrible after service . Contract is with PRC Direct a verified seller on B&Q but they told me to get a return number from Samsung who do not deal with third party sellers. PRC have persisted in multiple questions and now asking for my name and address which they have as the order was with them. Very upsetting experience

I found this company on the internet. They had what I wanted and it was a good price. I didn't pay for extra fast delivery but it still arrived in two days. Overall I'm very impressed with their service. I forgot to say they actually called to confirm that everything was okay with the order and when it was going to be delivered.

Bought LG Oled tv. Nice and easy process and delivered quickly.

The experience i had buying my TV from PRC Direct was amazing ,from ordering it i was kept in contact regarding when it left the warehouse ,to the delivery date .i received a phone call from the driver to tell me when he would be at my house . I was really happy from ordering to delivering .10/10

Faulty goods
No customer care

The order was accepted, and the payment was taken, even though the item was out of stock. I was only informed a week later that the item was unavailable in the warehouse, and that was only after I emailed them myself.

Excellent company, LG TV delivered the next day, good price and company. Excellent communication with the seller and the delivery company.

I ordered a LG OLED TV from PRC on the basis of a 5-7 day standard delivery. They delivered it three days after the order without additional cost. The TV is now up and working with no problems, so far.
