Absolutely shocking service wouldn’t bother wasting your time. I ordered something online and wanted it delivered to store but it was saying the only option available was to get it delivered to the post office, which I had to pay for. I went with this as my daughter really wanted the item. On the day the parcel was supposed to be delivered I had an email to say that it had been returned to sender. Spent over an hour on live chat to Zara and got absolutely nowhere. I then called customer services and was told that the item was on its way back to them and it was now out of stock so they couldn’t resend it. The girl on the phone told me they’d refund me the full amount including postage. This did not happen I was only refunded the amount of the item so I’ve then paid for postage for an item I didn’t even receive. I called back and spoke to someone else and she also said if he refunded for the postage and I still wasn’t! Total waste of time and money
