I am still waiting for Rise to respond to my queries and pending verification process so that I can put in a request for payout to Fund Trading Plus.

Today is tenth day of registering process, notwithstanding numerous exchange of emails - me and AI generated from RISE. AI generated response never addressing the queries raised by me. Now at a stand still not knowing where to turn for assistance. In the meantime the appointor (Fund Trading Plus) have locked my trading account, pending transaction. Can anybody guide or help?

I recently heard PM Modi bragging about issuing OCI to sixth generation. Makes me wonder whether he thought that at sixth generation level, it is unlikely that the immediate predecessor would not have had verification of Indian origin. Did he think about the predecessors who were born in early 1900s without formal records of birth. The only verifying document was school attendance. In my case I started with my mother's passport which clearly stated person of Indian origin but was denied acceptance because the stamp was on British Subject passport. Even the High Commission refused to accept. So I obtained my father's school certificate and started the prescribed procedure by commissioning an advocate to obtain correct document. It took more than a year and thousands of rupees to feed the hungry advocate and judges to no result. Both wanted the matter to be prolonged so that their hungry stomachs could be kept well fed. After such frustration I gave up. It was sad to note that the Indian authorities declined to accept the stamp of Indian Origin on British Subject passport which also contained a stamp of surrender of previous passport pre independence.

Another current matter. I sent a package containing household item (not for commercial use or for sale) via a courier service. Mumbai Custom held over due to, 1. Slight discrepancy in address but with more than 95% match. 2. Because the package was addressed to the recipient's office address for convenience. I even emailed Chief Customs officer for assistance. Sadly my request fell on deaf ears - no response of any sort. I am now waiting for the courier company to retrieve the package.

Sad to see that PM Modi is failing to see how pathetic the root level of Indian system is. PM Modi is building big castles on rotting foundations!

All that has been said below. Yesterday lost 25 pips on NAS100 between closing action and actual closing - 30 to 40 seconds delay. This is not slippage - it is just inefficient system. Such occurrences have been common since switch over from other platform. My prop firm doesn't find any problem at their end and not helpful!

In accordance with advises on website I followed the procedure to claim refund for a cancelled flight. Against my clarification that I do not plan to travel in the near future they issued voucher. The telephone contact they heave provided for refunds gets cut off on the pretence of Covid pressure. Several correspondence with customer service have come back with one narrative - I am not entitled to cash refund. What does one do to deal with such embezzlement!!

We were delivered dish washer. The arrangement with the seller was removal and installation. The deliverers wriggled out of removing the appliance by saying that they were not instructed to remove and install. Instead they agreed to collect removed appliance by us and provided their phone to let them know when the appliance was removed for collection. They did not bother responding to several calls to collect the appliance. We paid £15 for collection. The appliance is on roadside as of writing this note. Most appalling!!
