Although I liked the shampoo and conditioner and will order another set as it really is priced at a bargain and worked miracles on my hair However the shampoo arrived as if it had been used or tampered with in the warehouse: I did send a photo via email and a photo but unfortunately have not received any feed back which is a shame That is why I gave 4stars and not 5; as really it is a 5 star product
Another thing is I ordered other hair products with this item but I haven’t received no dates or weather it’s in stock or not in going forward qvc normally give a update and the only way I could see it’s being processed was by me going into my account and tapping onto my order but not everyone will know to do that especially my mum who’s in her 80s But overall very happy 😆

The delivery was very quick Personally I haven’t opened it yet as it came in a twin pk lucky I gave one to my mum as her hair is really thin and his other brand TULIPIA Daydream Lathering Volumizing Treatment which was 💯brilliant which at the time it was sold with a body cream TULIPIA 💯like a perfume it lasted all day My mums hair and my hair looked so much healthier with his hair product giving lots of volume and it looked so much thicker so I’m assuming that this BAMBOO Green Tea Mint should have the same effect but I will get back to you with my verdict The body cream has gone up in price but it is worth investing in if you can afford it although im waiting for a deal as it really smells 💯brilliant

I ordered a Dyson hair dryer and received a email stating that when my item was ready for shipment a further email would be sent out, but decided that I didn’t want the hair dryer and I tried to connect to my account but couldn’t so I phoned the customer service team where I was told it was shipped out and couldn’t be cancelled YET I was reading a email that said I would be contacted when it was ready to be shipped I was upset as I have cancelled a order before due to change of choice of the colour of a item and had no issues ,,, ok I had to buy the item again and wait for a refund but at least the item was cancelled After not being able to cancel my order a few minutes after speaking to their customer service I received a email saying my order was being shipped out to me How odd & cheated I felt !!!! I have ordered many items from QVC especially the Elemis products they are not as loyal as they sound on TV, maybe it was the price of the hairdryer anything over £100 you can’t cancel who knows only QVC and to return the item would only cost me more money, if only I did my homework before placing my trust in QVC I could have paid exactly the same amount but with a free case to put the hairdryer and attachments into I have for years been a very loyal customer but once bitten shame on you twice would be shame on me I’m not saying I wouldn’t order from them again as I have got many good deals BUT I would be very careful to how much I spend

He was a very miserable young man ☹️ What happened to the cheerful delivery team I notice it’s only English delivery drivers that have a good character and a sense of humour black white pink or blue oh I’m not white so pleased don’t take me as being prejudice please It’s called Customer Service I gave 3 stars because my item was delivered in the time frame that was given 😁
I ordered a name chain for my daughter for her birthday I read the reviews which mentioned that the chain was thin and flimsy but I guess lots of chains are flimsy on name chains My problem is that I can’t see the name clearly it looks more like mum not Mimi after the first letter it’s literally non existent my tape measure can not even pick up the size of the 3 letters (which it’s so small it’s hard to read ) . You need a very good pair of glasses to see the letters after the first letter Actually a way to describe it is the 3 letters look like a tiny wave or a birds wing as my 6 year old granddaughter thought it was (maybe a child made it ) Considering the asking price was £165 I feel as if I’ve been ripped off. So please be aware before ordering from this company and the fact that they are in USA makes me think this is why they ripped me off DON’T ORDER FROM JEWLR

I brought a fridge which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but it took 3 days which was down to Evri not Subcold, however the fridge arrived with a scratch on the door and a dent inside. I contacted them and they arranged for me to drop it off at a shop and said after 5 days they will send out a new one once they have inspected it The problem is as I explained to Subcold the reason I ordered it from them in the beginning was because I’ve just came out of ITU (hospital) with breathing problems and am unable to climb up or down the stairs,….so now am out of pocket of as I’ve paid for a fridge that I don’t have I’m discussed and feel as if I’m been not listened too I’m home alone and the fridge was ordered to help me while living in my bedroom Believe me I have sent lots of emails before them taking it back To think that they wanted me to drop it off instead of getting Evri to come to me just shows how caring and loyal they are NOT The reason for the 1 star is that overall the customer service is crape on this occasion

Ordered by mistake I tried to cancel in the time that was given but the app wouldn’t close my order down Then I I contacted by email and was told I would be sent out a free returns label Once order had arrived there was no returns label do I was stuck with a perfume that I didn’t want I even clicked allergic to product Don’t order from companies that make it all about the MONEY

I ordered the wrong colour of the Bear by FOREO and the lady I spoke to changed my order straight away she was very experienced and dealt with my mistake without any problems However the reason I gave only 4 stars was nothing to do with customer service or the quality but for the fact that my money which I placed on the wrong item was not put back into my account until a week later it just set pending in my account so I could not use it I had to wait 7days for my money to be refunded I’ve had this problem before with QVC and I don’t understand why Other companies manage to run their system in a way that your money is refunded straight away so why is this still a problem with QVC Other than that I’m happy with their offers Don’t hesitate people else you really do miss out on their special offer/deals Their prices are really generous I’ve stooled a few times on their offers and by the time I’ve did my homework I’ve missed out 🫣

Ordered a nebuliser back in June and I still have not received a replacement or been offered a refund Each time that they reply telling me how sorry that they are and that they will pass it on to tech support I’ve been told to check and make sure I’m using new batteries or that I have to make sure that there is liquid in the nebuliser, I’ve been told to make sure that the power is switched on I’ve been asked on numerous occasions to send on video (which I have done ) just to go around the whole list over and over again Please don’t touch this company with a barge pole. They should not be aloud to sell items on line A complete rip off very unprofessional IF YOU’VE GOT MONEY TO WASTE ORDER FROM THEM OTHERWISE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME VYSTAMED SHOULD BE BANNED
VYSTAMED (company name) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they take your money and upon arrival my nebuliser arrived faulty it did not work with batteries nor with the adapter that they sent. Back and forth emails were sent from myself and them responding with excuses and not excepting that the nebuliser was faulty, the last email that they sent stated that I could purchase a new one for €99 dollars. I only wish that I had listened to my son and brought a nebuliser from a reputable company I’m now out of pocket of £44:99 I suffer from COPD asthma and have a lung problem which I explained and had to go to the shop and buy another one They is no customer service PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VYSTAMED unless you have money to throw away Only 1 star
