It might not appear but THE SHOP IT’A SCAM
I have placed an order more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received the product yet
I have contacted the assistant and I was told that the product has returned to the shop because of failed delivery
However they said they will come back to us with further information- never happened
We have no notification from the delivery company to confirm that
Nevertheless I was not reimbursed since the assistant said the product returned

Addendum on June 30th
After almost a month and an open claim the shop issued a refund.
Since the product returned to them long ago, the refund should have been issued long time ago ....

I have received much younger tree
The trunk was supposed to have 6-7 cm instead it has less than 2 cm
I have already placed a claim but no feedback
Unacceptable since I have paid 120 euro

I ordered until now 4 or 5 times from this shop, over several years. The plants are not cheap, but they have diversity and until now I was content with the quality - content, but NOT happy.
But now I have received very low quality plants, long neglected in the nursery, dry branches, yellowed leaves indicating also a possible disease - although I paid for a certain level of development I had to cut half of plants to remove the damaged parts.
Of course I contacted the shop claiming replacement or reimbursement - expecting in fact at least some apologies and the promise that they'll be more careful in the future - it did not happen - they justified the damaged plants by the stage of development ...
However, I was offered a voucher - useless since I no longer trust this site with high prices and bad quality

Good quality, as always, and fast delivery, good packaging, I will keep order on this vendor

Delivery was fast, well packed but I did not check the product yet.
Maybe I will come back to rate also the product itself.

The shipping should be free of charge.
The clothes are however quite expensive

I struggled to login, nothing worked.
They said wrong pass / email, and whet trying to recover the password, they say the email does not exists.
Of course I tried to create a new account using same email and again of course they said the email is already registered.

All ok, a fair experience.
