When MS couldn't help call was ended mid-conversation and MS claimed the issue was resolved when it was not..
After finally getting through to a representative including navigating staff who spoke too fast and garbled for my impaired hearing, eventually gained assistance from a polite advisor.
.
To be be fair the advisor spent much time on the first issue but was unable to solve the first problem.
.
Partway through the second issue (with which he was also struggling) the call was ended (not by me).
.
In taking my details for such a dropped-call scenario and while confirming my telephone number, Microsoft had been made aware of the ACR /Call Guardian on my number.
.
Except Microsoft chose not to call back.
.
To add insult to injury an e-mail was received from Microsoft a few days stating my issue had been resolved so was being closed.
.
IT WAS NOT RESOLVED
.
It was explained to Microsoft this was not the case and the issue remained ongoing.
.
This was fed back to Microsoft who just ignored it.
.
Just because customers have disabilities is not an excuse for proffering poor and ableist service Microsoft!
