Wanted to start on a keto diet for all the benefits it provides but didn't know where to start. Downloaded this app and it was exactly what I needed, provides lots of different recipes and keeps track of a bunch of things most useful for me being the water tracker

Since downloading this app its been really beneficial for my mental health. It provides everything I need with weekly assessments, exercises and my personal favourite a mood journal which lets me keep track of how I've been feeling each day. Definitely worth downloading.
