Excellent Personal Experience

Great company to deal with. I purchased a honey gift set and contacted them via WhatsApp to ask for a gift card. I received a speedy reply and a birthday card was included with my order. I was updated with regards to delivery times and when the gift was actually delivered. The receiver of the honey told me it was lovely and coming from a honey lover is a great compliment. I will have no hesitation to order from Honey Heaven again and would definitely recommend.

Great sofas - Shame about the delivery!

I am happy with my two sofas however the delivery experience was not good.

On the day before delivery I was given a two hour slot, on the delivery day the two hour slot was changed then it arrived two hours early but only half of my order arrived (1 sofa).

When I called I was told by customer services that the would arrange for the second sofa to be redelivered on another day as it was too late to arrive on the same day. I had to arrange the delivery date two weeks later due to taking a holiday.

Great sofas - Shame about the delivery!!

I’ve been using Testing for All since we started having to be tested. Excellent service, always delivered when it’s meant to be and if you need to contact their customer service you can always get hold of them.

Poor refund process.

I have two broken items and rather than return them to store you have to go via the contact centre. Then you are told it could be up to 4 working days for someone to reply!

We ask customers to contact us so we can ensure that items which are sold and dispatched by the range/the range plus partners are returned correctly. I can assure you that I will look into this so I can assist in starting to resolve this with you. Our customer care team will then take over if needed so we can reach a satisfactory resolution as swiftly as possible. Would recommend!

This is the second time I’ve purchased from Sueno so they must be doing something right. Reasonably priced for good quality items. Good service too. They returned to fit new gas rams to our bed as the ones that came with the bed base weren’t strong enough plus they fitted the return in with our travel plans. When I need a new bed (hopefully not yet) I would definitely choose Sueno.
