A great ordering process, with plenty of opportunity to ensure the measurements were perfect for an L shaped outdoor kitchen – good communication around manufacturing time and delivery time. When the item arrived it was absolutely perfect good quality, fitted fabulously and I have no doubt it will protect our outdoor Kitchen for years to come

I've been using WHOOP for some significant time to help me improve my recovery and Sports performance. It is excellent at helping me to understand which daily behaviours impact on recovery and strain. This allows me to plan my weeks training accordingly. The unit is excellent in terms of size, it's discreet and the battery life is excellent. I do believe the subscription model is not sustainable particular with other units of a similar nature starting to hit the market. I believe Whoop will need to revisit their model or risk haemorrhaging people to the similar Garmin product. This would be a shame as the Whoop is an excellent unit. The only one or two errors I have found it making is it picks up non-exercise and classes it as walking or swimming when I am in the shower as one example and then throws out the rest of the days metrics

The companies website leaves a lot to be desired, the initial booking process was fine but then a few weeks later I decided to add club lounge, after a marketing email from P & O asking me to upgrade. I went on line and it treated the process as an amendment and wanted to charge £30 amendment fee and then the £29 pp for the club lounge. No amount of trying to bypass the amendment fee was successful. We ended up booking on board (I wanted to avoid this in case it was full), but I spoke to staff at the information, they were also shocked it tried to charge £30 amendment to add club lounge. However, we used club lounge and what I would say is, of course anyone should be able to use it, but its supposed to be a relaxing experience. Staff should be able to pull in line parents who allow their young children to run riot in the lounge, bouncing on sofas and screaming (excitement screams) through parents not respecting the space but treating it like a soft play centre.

Nick arrived on time and was very respectful of our property whilst carrying out a very detailed survey. He kept me fully informed throughout the visit and explained things in great detail, showing me areas of concern and explaining the issues. Really happy with the service top to.bottom and the detailed report completed

Since we have been using winedrops and the expertise of Johnny we have really come to appreciate better wines and the variety of choice we can make. The quality and ease of selection, order and delivery is a joy. Any guests we have always ask what the wine they are drinking is because its so good which demonstrates the quality of what Johnny gets for clients

Ordered days ago not turned up and phoned to chase all they could say was 10 working days for arrival but had no idea where the order was.
Some of this may be down to Royal Mail Covid19 issues but overall as it was paid for on 21/4 and it’s now the 2/5 disappointing

I bought and all was great, I needed to return and obtain refund made tricky by being asked why etc had I taken technical advice, this took a couple of days via email till return was agreed and forms sent, hope this doesn't push it past their 14 days and they then refuse
