Booked a car through Holiday Autos with Gold Car in Lisbon. All went well and no issues noted. Gold Car has terrible reviews in Google, but overall they were pretty good e.g. no waiting when pickup and returning car, small damages are not considered for deposit reduction - which is really good (small letters in paper you sign mentioned).

Car returned and employee did a quick check and confirmed no damages when returned. So no scam or anything like that.

Overall will book again with Holiday Autos and Gold Car.

The cheapest tickets available for show the next day. Smooth process for booking and payment.

The car rental company offered me the lowest price and I was able to book the actual car that I would receive e.g. you know exactly which car, brand, and license number you are going to receive.

I made some mistakes while booking the car and the email to localrent was responded very quickly and my request/mistakes were very quickly resolved.

Zeer slecht. Pakket status bezorgd terwijl er niets ontvangen is. En nog aangetekend dat ik zelf heb ondertekend, terwijl ik nu in Buitenland zit.

Update: Bleek dat er een briefje was achtergelaten met mededeling pakketje in papierbak was gegooid...??? Gevonden in papierbak, maar nooit toestemming gegeven om dit te doen.

Overall happy with the product and shipping.

Initially there was some issue in ordering to EU for max amount as per Delivery guidance and your ordering system not accepting my order even within guidance of max amount. Took me a few days to find out that if I lowered the order amount then shipping options would show up to EU.

I just checked and it seems that this issue has now been solved on website.

All the products related to the e-cigarette I ordered were perfect e.g. As described, well packed and fast delivery - so why not 5 star.

They were also selling Masks and thought handy to get a few one. The quality of the masks is really rubbish and I would rate them with a negative rating if possible, and it doesn't do eCigs any good selling them e.g. literally teared after wearing them for 30 minutes, super thin, honestly calling them mask is a disgrace. Advise: just stop selling them!

Overall good experience with the whole booking process. The only improvement would be that you have some flexibility to change your tickets e.g. within 24 hours and at least 7 days before show - just in case if you made wrong booking - like in my case.

Bestel al jaren bij mister-auto, goede website, prijzen zijn OK (er zijn kapers op de kust bijv. Bogijn.nl). Dus over het algemeen tevreden met een maar, verzending termijn moet een veel realistische datum aangeven bij bestellen bijv. Bestelling 17/8, verwachte leverdatum 24/8 en werkelijke levering 27/8. Hetzelfde probleem had ik ook met eerdere bestellingen, vandaar de 4 en geen 5 sterren
