Quality of the meat is really great only disappointment was the flavours. Shame but I like the flavours stronger for me they were all very mild.

You are quite right in the fact our flavours are deliberately very subtle as we don't want to take the full flavour of the Biltong away or mask it with seasoning, giving it a slight flavour twist but keeping to the Original Biltong flavour is our aim. All our meat is sourced from UK farms and is all UTM (Under Thirty Months) of age making it the very best beef you can find.
We totally apricate that we cant hit the spot with every single customer and each persons taste is different. As you can see from the majority of reviews on here we don't often miss satisfying our customers taste.
