Well. I paid for my item. I got my item. Whilst Planet Action cannot be responsible for lead times or delays, they could at least correspond about this. It seemed that as soon as I paid it was forgotten about. Obviously it was not and I got the item eventually, but a little leg work on Customer service would go a long way to abate any confusion or frustration.

No barcode sent to me. Store would not hand parcel over without one. Very convoluted process to obtain barcode whilst stood in shop being stared at

This is arguably the closest experience you will get to a real post mortem (PM). Having attended many PMs in the past, the reference material is very accurate and the host is basically a walking encyclopedia of anatomy and physiology (A&P) knowledge. Interesting for non clinical staff and a great AP refresher for those more clinically minded. With various real activities interspersed throughout such as removal of various parts from a cranium, there is also a very interactive element to this experience to keep everyone entertained.

Delivered like a virtual crime thriller, this is a unique experience.

It all seemed to go fairly well. Little bummed out that I had to pay a 2% surcharge (£23.50) on my DEBIT card though to be honest, so do watch out for this when booking with these people.
