Really helpful advice and great service

I spent over £900 on a garden furniture set advertised as sufficiently hard wearing to last years. However on day 5 I popped inside to make lunch and in what just have been light breeze the parasol tipped over. It but the part of the table surrounding the parasol cracked terribly and made it unsafe. I asked for a replacement table top and the company refused saying wind damage was not covered by warranty. It was light breeze!! We are in Britain and we get breeze! Very disappointing. I have wasted almost £1000. Not even the smallest goodwill gesture. I advise you to not to buy from these.
