We were left to view cars without any pressure whatsoever. After all, with so many cars which would you choose to plug? Nathan was courteous throughout. The car we chose was well-presented when we went to pick it up. However, it was disappointing that the main battery still held very little charge after a 30 mile drive and needed immediate replacement, because it would not restart the engine.

Our comfort specialist, Jenny at Formby, steered us in the right direction to a suite that would fit our limited space and meet our required seating capacity. The advice on chair sizing to fit each of us was carefully explained and ergonomically spot-on; I'm an ergonomist and so I know that to be so. We realised that we were unaware of the chair even after a good hour - perfect comfort. This is important to us as we both have bad backs. Our concerns about the logistics of getting the furniture into our house were carefully and comprehensively addressed. Our three visits were all met with courtesy, knowledge, attention and friendliness.

The original designer rad was revealed to have a pinhole leak all over our just-laid engineered wood floor in a year and a bit. Plumworld have replaced it without question and I'm especially grateful to Jack for his polite help in the matter and politeness.

The Multiplex D2 is a solidly built stereo radio with remarkably good sound for its size. The user interface is easy to use and I'm especially impressed with how intuitive the user interface for setting an alarm is.
