I mistakenly thought I purchased a Dyson air wrap 6 weeks later no delivery.A refund request was asked for .3 offers of a discount £35 then £30 then £65 , I said No thanks .
11 days later I've sent email after email Yhainess ( if they exist) has not responded.You cannot speak to anyone for help , the web site refers you to OnBuy.com supplier and I have lodged a official complaint

We seen a promotional advertisement on television and I contacted Craigmore UK within 3 days it was delivered and great vacuum with a extra years guarantee on top as with their pressure washers
