I arrived early to pick up my car after a big service and was looked after… the car was then completed and returned within 1/2 hour of me getting there

Kept me informed at all stages of the repair. There were delays on parts beyond their control (Jaguar computer problems) but they still managed to make me feel valued and informed.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The repairs were so good, I couldn’t tell that there had been any damage.

Check your bills!
OVO Energy moved my start reading back so they have tried to charge me for £200 of electricity which I’ve already paid for.
When I have challenged it, they keep telling me I should have a smart meter!!!

Review of Halo ARC
Car was collected, courtesy car left… and then my car was returned 2 days later. The paint job was perfect - even matching the silver fleck in the dark blue paint. They called everyday to keep me updated on the whole process. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship. Doesn’t come better than that!
Review of Rangemaster
Bought a Rangemaster PROP90 EI S S/C in September 2019.
Currently awaiting for the 6th visit from an engineer and our warranty has just a couple of days left!
Keep getting an ER47 error code and the hob stops working. At the moment the hob AND the main oven are not working.
I thought buying Rangemaster was a sign of quality?
We have had replacement control units (x2), some extra pipes fitted at the back to divert steam from the oven - obviously a fault in design/manufacture - and these pipes are silver behind a dark grill which means they can be seen, a replacement front panel because the badge delaminates and the printing for the controls was fading.
I’ve noticed there are ‘newer’ models… have they a) fixed the faults on newer versions of our range cooker or b) decided to discontinue this model?
I’m really thinking at this point, that I want our cooker completely replaced…

I am going to arrange a visit for you for a full inspection to be completed on the cooker to find out why these issues have continued, I am sorry that you've had to report this fault to us a number of times. I can see that we've had to arrange 4 visits for you which I completely understand is a concern for you.

Review of The Cabinet Shop
Ordered and paid for (in full) bespoke solid oak, they delivered veneer. Got money back from the bank and Cabinet Shop was supposed to be collecting units. Whilst awaiting their collection as agreed, The Cabinet Shop tried to claim the full price from the bank! They didn't collect the units, the bank didn't pay them and we ended up scraping the units! Shame I can't give negative stars!

I sent a carton out - the booking process was very easy and the carton was collected on time... And delivered on time! It arrived at its destination in perfect condition. The price was the cheapest I've found!
I wish all carriers could do the same!!!
