On the whole it is good quality but some of the wood did arrive warped. Not the main shell but the smaller fixings. The windows and doors need planing to open/close properly
The door handle inner piece was too large for the thickness of the door.
Some of the screws were the wrong size.
We did have the tools to sort it and it’s great now we are in it.

After I had paid turns out I’m not covered for cancellation due to Covid restrictions!

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Staysure.
Staysure will be providing cancellation, medical and repatriation cover for anyone who unfortunately falls ill due to the Coronavirus whilst on holiday. This cover will only apply when travelling to countries where the FCO have advised it is safe to do. If the FCO are advising against all but essential travel to your chosen destination then we are not able to cover you at this time.

I'm really very happy with the carpet. The problem I have is with the promises.
I can forgive the late measurement next day due to traffic
I can forgive the late fitting due to traffic and issues at other fittings
My issues lie with failure on the day to let me know when they were turning up as promised and worse
Failure to reimburse me the money owed due to no grips and only two door fittings used
I'm complaining ASAP I need over £60 back I was promised it by Friday it's now Saturday still money back or a call.
Previous carpet I never chased the reimbursement and never received it
This time I won't let it drop !!!!!!
