Prompt delivery, the delivery guy rings the bell (worth mentioning) and is pleasant.

I am pleased with the blinders I bought a few years ago and when I needed spare parts, Dekoria was very helpful and I could buy the parts very quickly. The shipment was made fast.

If a parcel is announced for a specific date, the delivery will be done on this dame date. The employee rings the bell and wait until someone comes at the door which is not the case of all. On top the person is friendly.

On apprécie les livreurs qui sonnent à la porte et attendent qu'on ouvre la porte contrairement à certains qui se contentent de déposer le colis sur l'escalier sans même prendre le temps de sonner et attendre pour s'assurer qu'il y a quelqu'un à la maison.

Contrairement à plusieurs autres sociétés , votre livreur a sonné à la porte et attendu que j'ouvre pour réceptionner le colis.

The delivery man just dropped the package outside the door not even ringing the bell or knocking at the door as if there were no thieves in our lives. When I opened the door he was already gone with his car.
