Very quick from order to delivery. Ordered replacement slats, it would have been useful in the description it stated that the material was plastic, I assumed they would have been made of a robust cloth. Having said that, the blinds are well made and look very nice.

Ive been undecided for a while about which sofa to get, Julia at the chester store has been really helpful. Today I made my decision and she was more than helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, very professional and is a credit to sofology.

My 3 seater and 2 seater were delivered today. Communication for the delivery was excellent, that is as good as it gets. My cushions were the wrong colour. The packaging was just hanging off, consequently the new sofa was soaking wet. The metal stud in the arm had poked through the fabric and two nails in the back were pertruding against the fabric.
What can I say. An absolute shocker.

Surgery on 28th Sept. Really good experience, complete reassurance throughout.
A super clean clinic in Nottingham with a great team led by Dr Harris. From the moment you commence your appointment, your best interest and reassurance is paramount.
Dr Harris is a professional, very compassionate doctor who makes you feel at ease throughout, Julie and the team of girls are lovely, making the day run smoothly.
Great pre op communication by Sue and the coordinating team which continues throughout my recovery.
Although it is only day four, the my hair line is evident and more feminine.
I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Harris and UK Hair Transplants to anyone who is considering this procedure.

Had surgery yesterday at the Nottingham clinic, a super environment, very clean and clinical. I was met and made to feel at ease immediately, although I was slightly early, Dr Harris commenced the pre surgery consultation and explained the whole procedure.
The day lasted five hours during which I was presented with lunch half way through. The time flew as Dr Harris's team of girls chatted throughout the procedure, lovely, super friendly and could not do enough for me. Before I left I had a further post op consultation with Dr Harris, he explained all the do's and don'ts and was given aftercare kit.
I can already see a more feminine hairline and would erg anyone, particularly any females who feel concerned about hair loss to seek Dr Harris's expertise.
A good overall experience and procedure by a super efficient team.

I have just had a very profession and helpful conversation with Pauline from the accessibility dept. I called with the intention to cancel due to my fathers passing, however was able to switch the account to mum, reduce the monthly cost and gain a direct number due to mums age and ability. Pauline has a great telephone manner, was a delight to talk too and made the transition very easy. My opinion of SKY has increase greatly.

I had my procedure two days ago in London and although it is too early to see any results, I have to commend my technicians. The professional, friendly and totally committed approach by both Julie and Martian was amazing. Not only where they both very professional and capable, Julie chatted all day and made me feel at ease, a great lady and Martian sensed my nervousness with regards to travelling home and the underground, he waited for me, escorted me across London, even going out of his way to ensure that I was stressed as little as possible.
