Disappointed that the email with 2026 renewal details was only received 2 days prior to renewal date. I understand that renewal documents should be sent one month before the renewal date??????
Had no chance to compare if this was competitive so auto renewal completed.

Our delivery did not arrive until…
Our delivery did not arrive until 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoon, by then several of the packs of food had defrosted. Naturaw advised that this food could only be kept for 3 days in the fridge. They have kindly refunded monies for the wasted food, but I have cancelled my subscription. Naturaw were helpful
